“Tiny Keyword Tracker – TKT” – is a keyword tracking tool.
This tool is designed to check positions of search words and search terms with common search engines – primarily Google, but more search engines will come soon.
The tool allows user to enter a web site address –www.yoursite.com and choose a list of search terms. When the tool runs, it searches for the terms with Google, and then creates a report for the user containing a list of the search terms, their position, and the changes in the positions of the search terms in comparison with previous positions.
First time usage – Adding and Tracking a site:
From the “Report” main screen – Choose “Add” in order to add a new site you want to track:
In the “Add site” screen, type your site’s name and your site’s address (URL) :
In the "Add Site" Screen, you can also choose a Google geography, language and country code:

TKT will now retrieve the position of the keyword you have added by performing a query and analyzing the results:
And that’s just about it!
TKT will now present a report showing the positions of your search terms, will automatically monitor any changes, and will also notify on any change in positions.

Installation
Supported platforms:
Windows XP, Windows 2003/2008, Windows vista and Mac OS.
Installation procedure will normally take from 1 to 5 minutes at normal download rates.
Installation Prerequisites:
TKT requires Adobe® AIR Runtime, in case your computer is missing this component, you will be prompt to install the required component as well:
(12MB, 53 sec download in normal LAN rate).
TKT installation:
In order to install TKT just copy past the install URL into your web browser, or choose “Download TKT” from our web site – www.tinykeywordtracker.com.
If your computer already has Adobe® Air installed, you will see the following
screen – simply click on “Install TKT” in order to start the download process:
After clicking “INSTALL NOW” – the following window will show up:
Click “Open” in order to open the downloaded file and start the automatic installation process.
This will start the automatic installation process:
TKT will automatically check for the newer version available:
After verifying what most recent version is, TKT will automatically be installed:

Post Installation
After the installation, you will see the new TKT icon (in green) in the system tray:
By using the right mouse button on this icon you can now access all the features and screens of TKT:
Open TKT: Open the application.
Settings: Open the “settings Screen”.
Retrieve Now: use this option in order to manually run TKT scan.
About: opens the “About” screen with version details.
Help: will open the documentation of the product.
Contact: will open a “Contact” form.
Exit: Will exit the application.
Settings and Options
in order to access the “Settings” screen use right mouse click on the TKT icon in the system tray -
This will open the “Settings” Screen:
General settings:
Notifications – choose from these options if you want TKT to provide you with a notification for starting a scan job, when finishing a scan job, or when encountering a network problems.
Scheduling:
Set your TKT to automatically run at your preferred schedule.
Advanced:
User Agent: choose the user agent that will be used when performing the search with the search engine.
Total calls per day: use this option in order to set the limit of total call TKT will perform on a daily basis.
Explanation: most search engine will limit the total calls allowed per a single day from a single IP to no more than 1000. After 1000 calls per day (this number can frequently change), no more searches will be allowed for about 24 hours.
In order to prevent this situation, by default, TKT will not create more than 900 calls/searches per day. Furthermore – TKT will store the state of the search results, and will automatically continue the ranking process after 24 hours in order to complete the scan process and to provide the required position reports.

In order to activate your license:
1.Open the “setting” window – use right mouse click on the TKT icon on the system tray:

3.In the “Status tab, choose “Enter License” , and copy/paste the license key here, and choose “OK”
4. TKT in now Activated!
Important notes:
·License is valid per a single computer.
· It’s most important to copy/paste the exact license string, no spaces before or after, and no additional characters.
